9.- TRANSMISSION OF RISK AND PROPERTY

12.- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
12.1 Term and form of withdrawal
If the client is contracting as a consumer and user, they have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without justification.
