Smooth flavor and texture. It provides a little more fiber than white bread, so it is possible to eat it regularly. Both children and adults like it. It freezes perfectly and, like all our products, it also lasts well for five days in the fridge.

It is produced with a small amount of yeast to make it more digestible, thus taking full advantage of the nutritional qualities of kamut.
