It has a white tapioca base, to which whole grain buckwheat, oatmeal and rice flours are added (this one also in sourdough form). It is a semi-integral bread.
It is very good after freezing and also lasts a week in the fridge. We recommend toasting it a bit to enjoy it to the fullest.
