Its pale reddish colour is striking, due to the hint of hibiscus (or Jamaica). Its foam is marl-white and compact. Intense aroma, notes of barley malt, orange peel and a herbaceous touch from the hops that give it a sensation of freshness. In the mouth, the well-integrated carbonation, as well as the mineral character given by the hibiscus, help to enhance this sensation of freshness. Long and pleasant aftertaste, delicate, bitter and full of citrus memories.
It is recommended to consume it between 4 and 6 ºC.
Ingredients: Made with barley malt, corn, orange, rice, wheat, hibiscus and hops. Created by Ferran and Albert Adrià and the master brewers at Damm, and designed to pair with Latin cuisine.
